As the Soviet Union collapsed around them, this country descended into a bloody civil war that was to destroy any semblance of peace and prosperity in this far southern corner of the Russian-speaking world.

While peace has prevailed, the country suffers from little interest or investment from the outside. Despite hardship, the number of believers has steadily grown over the years as men and women, disillusioned with their leaders and the traditions of their ancestors, discover the hope that is found in the person of Jesus Christ. 

Our team will travel to new villages, establishing relationships with villagers through humanitarian aid. Our national staff will accompany our team and, after our departure, will continue relationships with the villagers, ultimately establishing house churches. Our travel will take us to the remote regions of Asia and at times to significant elevation. This trip is for the hardy adventurer who desires to serve national believers by bringing the message of Jesus to those who never have had the opportunity to hear.
